To study the effect of allogeneic stem cell transplantation, I need -stsplit- my study data at the date of transplant and am finding it hard to generate that posttran variable in my dataset from the stan3 dataset and help files. i am having trouble splitting despite all the examples in the help file and seeing some code from Steve Samuels in a much older post on this matter. I could not go beyond the stset statement honestly and needed help beyond that. Date of diagnosis (dodx), date of censor (docens) dead(1=dead) and date of transplant (dotsp1) are included in the dataex. Perhaps even my enter option is wrong?
